Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Any amounts shown in other currencies are estimates only; you pay in naira.

We check prices carefully. If a price is clearly wrong, we will tell you before we accept the order, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp after payment. Pieces are made or finished within the lead time shown on the product page, then dispatched. Lead times run from the day payment clears.

A commission is confirmed when you accept our written quote and your deposit clears. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Deposits, fittings, changes and cancellations are covered in our commission policy.

We accept card payments through Paystack and bank transfer. We never ask for card details by phone, WhatsApp or email. Payments are not treated as received until they clear.

Delivery options, fees and timelines are on our delivery page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country, which are your responsibility.

Ready-to-wear may be exchanged under our returns policy. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned for change of mind, because they are cut to one person. None of this affects your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, if a product is faulty or not as described.

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If a delay is caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a courier or customs delay, a power or supply failure, or civil disruption, we will tell you as soon as possible and agree a new date or offer a solution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State. We would always rather resolve a problem directly first.
