What it is
The chat assistant is an automated system. It answers questions about our pieces, prices, sizing, styling, delivery and policies, using the information published on this website.
What it cannot do
- Confirm bookings, payments, discounts or delivery dates
- Give a price for a bespoke design (our team sends written quotes)
- Take card details: never share them in chat
Accuracy
It can make mistakes. Where an answer matters, such as a price, a date or a size, check the product page or ask the team to confirm.
Talking to a person
Type “speak to someone” at any time. You can leave your name and number for client care, or open WhatsApp directly. We reply Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
Your data
Conversations are kept for 90 days to answer and improve. See the privacy policy.
