Around 85–90% confidence across most points, and the result tells you which ones it is unsure about. A fitter confirms those on your call. It is accurate enough to cut a toile from, which is the standard that matters.

Exchange within seven days of delivery, unworn with tags on. We do not refund ready-to-wear but we will remake in the correct size.

No — it is cut to your body and cannot be resold. That is why there are three fittings, and why nothing is cut until you have approved the toile.

Half on commission, half before the piece leaves us. The deposit covers fabric, which we buy to order.

For couture, yes, subject to our seeing it first. Some fabrics will not hold the structure a design needs and we would rather say so before cutting.
